All IBC products are warranted for a period of one year. The warranty covers factory defects only. In some cases certain product may be warranted for a longer period of time. Contact IBC for more details.

Product which is sent to us for repair which is deemed to be a warranty repair will be repaired at no charge and shipped back to customer using ground freight. In cases where a customer may be down due to a reader or product failure, please contact us prior to returning product so that we may give it priority treatment.

IBC does not offer advance replacements under any circumstances.
